The Hampton Roads Resilience Forum (sponsored by Inside Business, Old Dominion University and the Hampton Roads Chamber) took place on August 22, 2017 at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott. Around 230 people attended the event where speakers reviewed and discussed infrastructure & public services, how localities adapt, building adaptation strategies, science and technology advancements, and growing a water management economy.
