The OCEANS 2018 Charleston Call for Papers is open until April 18th, 2018, and is accepting abstracts for engaging and cutting-edge technical papers. Once the submission window closes, the top abstracts will be chosen and those authors will be invited to submit a full paper. The final technical papers will be featured in OCEANS’ prestigious technical program.
