 “IS EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT RESILIENT?“

The next CCPO and RC seminar for the Fall semester will be given by Mr. James Keck from Virginia Commonwealth University.  Mr. Keck’s expertise in the areas of emergency management, emergency operations planning, incident command systems, critical infrastructure protection and resiliency.  Mr. Keck’s seminar will focus on trade offs between emergency management and resilience.  He will also discuss the role of different organizations and sectors in developing emergency management resilience.  This is a topic relevant to many activities ongoing at Old Dominion University and the Hampton Roads region.
